 Parkinson’s disease affects nearly one million people in the U.S., with more than 90,000 newly diagnosed each year. John L. Lehr, President, CEO of the non-Profit Parkinson’s Foundation, and Dr. Kathleen Blake, a person living with Parkinson’s disease, let people know some of the early signs of PD, such as tremors, small handwriting, loss of smell, trouble sleeping or walking, a soft or low voice, stooping or hunching over, as well as non-motor symptoms like depression and anxiety.
